Jaywick Men’s Shed has been running since 2019 and is based at the Jaywick Enterprise Centre on Lotus Way. It provides a friendly, welcoming space where people can make new friends, learn and share practical skills, and work on hands-on projects.

Men’s Sheds bring people together to make, repair, and repurpose items, often supporting projects that benefit the local community. Beyond the practical side, they play an important role in improving wellbeing, reducing loneliness, and combatting social isolation.

Despite the name, everyone is welcome to attend — not just men.
